It couldn’t be more appropriate that as we enter these final three days of crowdfunding we have several new milestones to update the community with.
First up we are beyond proud to announce that the 5 MILLIONTH connection on Vampr was brokered over the weekend… this far exceeds our wildest hopes for the platform when Baz and I first sat down in 2015 to brainstorm what would later become known as Vampr. This achievement belongs to the spirit of independent artists everywhere as much as anything.
In fundraising news we also passed the $1,000,000 mark over the weekend with the completion of a private investment from Istanbul based investment platform Angel Effect. We have spent the last three months getting to know the team at Angel Effect, and given our large Turkish userbase, we feel very confident that this latest investment represents a good strategic move for the company.
And saving the best for last: Vampr is currently the second largest live crowdfunding campaign on the biggest crowdfunding portal in the world! This is something we can all be exceptionally proud of — it’s undeniable social proof that people from all around the world (41 countries and counting with almost 1000 user-investors) believe in this vision of ours.
Now, with only 72 hours to go, we want to make our biggest push yet to get as close to the legal limit of $1,070,000 as we can!
